No. You can customize in the builder yourself, or add support and custom design upgrades when you want us to take more of the work. Start free either way.
Immediately. Free SplashyPages without a custom domain go live as soon as you hit publish. For SplashyPages with paid upgrades, the subscription must be paid before publish is possible.
